Our shared bath rate is $120/nt+tax for a 2 night minimum. Single night rate is $130+tax. Our third floor suite is $140+tax for a 2 night minimum. Single night rate $160+tax. 02/10/2009	Romantic Weekend Getaway	Make any two night stay a Valentine Rendevous! Bring your sweetheart to the Lake House to enjoy the relaxed intimate ambience. You will be greeted with hors d'oeuvres upon arrival. There will be flowers and chocolates in you room. In the morning you will be served baked goods and a hot beverage in your room or the parlor by the fireplace followed by a gourmet breakfast. Spend the day lounging or visit the wineries and other activities the area has to offer. Include a gift certificate ($100) for a sumptuous dinner at the Red Newt Bistro or we can make reservations for you at elsewhere. Cost $275 w/o gift certificate.		YN
06/21/2009	2009 Summer Rental Availability	We now have a listing on VRBO.com with a calender to show availability for both the house and the cottage. We are still looking into arrangements for accepting credit cards and/or paypal. The rates for the Lake House and cottage remain the same for this year. Peak season- 3rd week of June thru Labor Day- Lake House $3250 wkly (sun-sun), $475/day 3day minimum. Cottage $1250wkly(sun-sun), $200/day 3day minimum. Off season- After Labor Day thru the second week of June- Lake House $1800wkly, $450/day. Cottage $800wkly, $200/day 2day minimum. The Cottage is closed the 3rd week of October. Reduced rate available for renting both properties except 8/2-9/09. There is a 4% occupancy tax and a cleaning fee. Pet(s)are allowed with prior arrangement and approval.		YN
